egg wash:
2 eggs
water sufficient to mix
coating for chicken wings (my sister uses a different one):
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika (used smoky spanish paprika this time)
1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
approx. 1/2 teaspoon salt
dash cayenne

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the coating in a plastic bag (I used 3 batches of this to get a family tray of chicken wings covered).
Drag the wings though first the egg wash and then put in the dry coating, shaking the closed bag until the wing is thoroughly coated. Arrange on a cookie tray and bake for approximately 1 hour.
