Good News and Bad News About Oil Changes

The good news is that the distance between my current office is relatively flat, and paved, and not too dangerous,
the bad news is that it is 2 miles. (yes I was stupid, normally the mechanic does pick-up, but when I called to check that the truck was ready, the person I spoke with forgot to offer, and I forgot to ask for said pick-up. I also waved to the boss who probably would have given me a lift, and watched the bus that would've dropped me off about a half mile from the service station go by because I wasn't at a stop. Oh well.)

The good news is that the truck has had its oil changed and is good for another 3,000 miles or so.
The bad news is that I may have driven them by the end of May ...
