Oct. 9th, 2007 03:13 pmI've been updating my fencing armor, current piece is a del (think a mongol coat, okay?) to go over a shirt. Between them, they make armor.
Worked on it last night, finally cut the neckhole out ... cut it about 10" too large, ended up angling in the back seam to get the neckhole smaller. It's cut so generously I'll probably end up making the collar smaller than the neckhole and trying some fancy work that will leave the center front seams (one for each side) pulled past each other when it's closed. Oh well, should've done the underarm seams, not the neck next.
Other than that, it's moving.
